Raised up the road in St George, and currently residing in Waldoboro, Samuel’s relationships with local farmers and purveyors runs deep and is at the center of his dishes. Every Monday he will put together a fresh offering of homemade pasts and sauces sourced from local ingredients to pair with our delicious winter wine menu.
